Activities
- Checklists or planners are a great way to help your child prepare for school. By reviewing routines and what is needed, you will set expectations and help build confidence! PBS KIDS offers a Back-to-School checklist, Routine Planner and articles for parents and caregivers.
- Crafts can be low-cost and even no-cost. And you can make them at home! Work with your child to design a simple item to take to school. Use recyclables or around-the-home materials. Sending them to school with a pencil topper or bookmark that you made together will bring joy and comfort during the school day.
