Library staff across New York can become the best ambassadors for NOVELny. With strategic marketing and communications, librarians will increase usage, visibility and support for NOVELny.

Logo Guidelines

To assure continuity and to protect the NOVELny brand identity, these elements should always appear exactly as shown. No alterations of any kind should be made to the logo. Please contact us with any concerns or specific requests.

  • The minimum width for the logotype is 1.5 inches.
  • When written or typed in the body of a document, the "NOVELny" spelling convention should be used.

LSTA Credit Language

The following "credit" paragraph should appear on your library's database web page or other materials relating to NOVELNY:

Provided by the New York State Library, NOVELny connects New Yorkers to 21st century information. NOVELny is supported primarily with New York State funds. It is also supported in part with federal Library Services and Technology Act funds from the Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS).
