The NYSDOC email list was established by the NYS Library to enhance communication among library workers of libraries serving as government document repositories including the New York State Depository Program and the Federal Depository Library Program (FDLP) in New York State.
Coordinators at selectives for the FDLP are added to the email list when they are designated as the coordinator. Library workers representing libraries actively participating in either the NYS Document Depository Program, as a selective library in the FDLP in New York State, or both programs are invited to subscribe to the list by contacting the Government Documents unit of the NYS Library.
To post a message to NYSDOC, address it to NYSDOC@listserv.nysed.gov. Mail sent to this address is distributed to everyone who is subscribed. The NYSDOC list is an unmoderated list. As a subscriber, your posted messages are received by approximately 200 readers.
