Exhibit: Iroquois Art and Artists

October 2016

October's display featured books on the Iroquois and their artwork. Included were resources on modern works by Iroquois basketmakers, sculptors, painters and silversmiths. Some of these artists use traditional methods and materials, while others use modern materials such as steatite (soapstone).
